Of course there has been mistakes, but that's life. I will say, it seems Apple is leading the way of innovation and a step ahead of MS when it comes to design, interfacing, touch, devices, etc. I believe MS will soon pass what Apple has to offer with new technologies such as WPF and Silverlight with the backing of great tools like Blend, VS2010, etc. and new devices... Windows Phone 7, Courier( Hopefully SOON! ), etc. Keep up the good work:) I’m pro MS and believe they make better products as a whole. Of course there has been mistakes, but that’s life.
